The RockShox Metric coil spring is a replacement for coil rear shocks with a 114 mm eye-to-eye length and 37.5-45 mm stroke. Compare these values with those of your rear shock before purchasing. A stiffer or softer spring changes the suspension's behaviour, so choose according to weight and riding style.
It is available in two spring rates: 300 lb (red spring) and 400 lb (black spring). To choose the spring rate, compare your weight with the original spring. Always check eye-to-eye length and stroke before ordering to avoid surprises when fitting.
