Orders received through our Evolution Bikes online store will be processed within 5/6 business days.
For shipments within Italy, shipping is free on purchases of €99 or more (free for all product types except bicycles). For lower amounts, shipping costs vary depending on the product’s weight-to-volume ratio, and the applicable shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping costs €50 for bicycles of any type and price.
We work with various couriers, which may vary depending on the delivery area. The couriers we usually use are GLS, BRT, DHL, TNT, SDA, and UPS.
When the goods are dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the parcel tracking code. This code allows them to track their order at all times.
Deliveries are usually made Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the delivery (e.g., workplace, a trusted shop, or the home of a relative or friend).
