Founded in 1889 in Clermont-Ferrand, France, by brothers André and Édouard Michelin, Michelin is still based in the same city today. For cyclists, it offers tyres, inner tubes and accessories for road, gravel, mountain biking and city riding. Its connection with cycling dates back to its early days: in 1891, it developed the first detachable bicycle tyre.
