Syncros Hixon iC DH Rise Integrated Cockpit

We took our iC (integrated Cockpit) concept and applied it to downhill bikes to create a strong, one-piece cockpit that performs at its best at downhill speeds. At 300 g and 800 mm, it is not only one of the lightest handlebars available, but the integrated stem also removes substantial weight from the bike, while the one-piece construction allows key areas to be reinforced for confidence where needed. Our carbon engineers worked on the lay-up to find the perfect balance of stiffness: neither excessive nor too soft, but just right.

Syncros was founded in 1986 on Vancouver’s North Shore by Peter Hamilton and Pippin Osborne, who handcrafted the first aluminium components. Since 2012, it has been part of SCOTT Sports, based in Givisiez, Switzerland. Today, it offers wheels, saddles, integrated handlebars and accessories to accompany cyclists on trails, roads, gravel and city streets.
