SRAM Apex 1 Long-Cage Rear Derailleur
Couldn't load pickup availability
The SRAM Apex 1 rear derailleur is designed for riders using a 11-speed road bike who want precise, reliable shifting. The X-Horizon geometry and ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH technology aim to deliver clean, stable shifting.
The long cage is aluminium and the pulley bearings are steel. It supports sprockets up to 42 teeth: if your largest sprocket exceeds this, the rear derailleur is not suitable. Before ordering, compare the tooth count with that of your cassette. The colour is black.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
