Bontrager Gel Cork Handlebar Tape

Bontrager Gel Cork handlebar tape combines an elegant natural cork finish with an internal gel strip designed to effectively absorb road vibrations and noise.

This feature ensures superior comfort on longer rides, reducing hand fatigue.

The cork texture offers a firm, comfortable grip, suitable for riders who wear gloves and those who prefer to ride without them.

Thanks to its combination of materials and technologies, this tape improves stability and control, contributing to more precise and enjoyable riding on every type of terrain.

Bontrager grew out of Keith Bontrager’s work in Sunnyvale, California, in the early 1980s. Acquired by Trek in 1995, it is now part of the group headquartered in Waterloo, Wisconsin. From its first handmade frames, the brand expanded into components, wheels, tyres, helmets and clothing to accompany cyclists on roads and trails.
