SRAM DB4 Front Disc Brake
Couldn't load pickup availability
The SRAM DB4 disc brake is designed for riders who want to focus on riding, with a low-maintenance mineral oil system. The new lever architecture offers easy access to adjustments and good ergonomics, while the stealth body routes the hose parallel to the handlebar, paired with the Eagle Transmission mechanical rear derailleur.
The calliper shares the architecture of the DB8, with the same strong braking power, and the levers are specific to the right and left sides. The split ring mounting system secures the brake to the handlebar. The brake uses SRAM Large brake pads and requires Maxima mineral oil and the SRAM Mineral Oil bleed kit. The hose measures 950 mm at the front and 2000 mm at the rear, and neither a rotor nor an adapter is included.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
