- All bottom bracket socket models are precision CNC-machined tools for installing and removing various external bottom bracket bearings
- Made from billet aluminium and anodised red for a durable finish and a perfect fit that does not damage aluminium external bottom bracket bearings
- Knurling on the side of the socket provides better grip when threading the bearings in by hand, while the 1/2 4-point drive socket makes this tool easy to use with torque wrenches, ratchets and fixed handles.
Unior was founded in 1919 in Zreče, in present-day Slovenia, where it is still based. For bicycle care, it makes tools, repair stands and wheel equipment. Its name, adopted in the 1970s, comes from the expression “universal tools” and reflects its roots in metalworking.
