The Formula Cura X is a hydraulic disc brake for MTB with a 2-piston post mount calliper and carbon lever. Designed for anyone seeking a lightweight system to fit at the front or rear.

Formula was founded in Prato in 1987 by Andrea Becocci and his wife Daniela, and remains based there. It makes brakes, suspension and wheels for mountain bikers, bringing its motorcycle experience to the trails. In 1993 it introduced Standard, a hydraulic disc brake designed specifically for mountain biking.
