The SRAM Motive Silver disc brake is designed for XC race and trail mountain bikes. The 4-piston calliper delivers adjustable power for traction and control, while the stealth body is designed to match AXS controls. It has an anodised Polished Black finish.
The alloy lever has a bearing pivot and tool-free adjustment. The brake uses Maxima mineral oil and the SRAM Mineral Oil Bleed Kit for bleeding, with a Bleeding Edge port. This model is black, with a 950 mm hose for the front and a 2000 mm hose for the rear. If you need a flatter cable exit, check that it is the V2 version, which the supplier lists as having this feature.

Founded in Chicago in 1987 by Stan Day and a group of cycling enthusiasts, SRAM is still based in the US city today. It makes drivetrains and brakes for road, gravel and mountain bikes. Its story began with a single product: Grip Shift, the shifter that lets riders change gear by twisting the grip.
