Vittoria Air-liner Light Road Tyre Insert

The Vittoria Air-liner Light Road puncture protection insert is made from dedicated foam with a hexagonal profile, designed for road bikes with tubeless tyres. It is compatible only with this type of tyre and includes a 60 mm Multiway tubeless valve. It is available in three sizes: 700x28-30, 700x32-36 and 700x38-42.

To choose, start with the tyre width: 28-30 for narrower tyres, 32-36 for intermediate sizes and 38-42 for wider tyres. Each size has a different weight and internal rim width: 29 g and 20-25 mm for 28-30, 35 g and 21-27 mm for 32-36, 40 g and 23-28 mm for 38-42. Use Multiway valves and ammonia-free sealant.

Founded in 1953 in Madone, in the province of Bergamo, Vittoria is now based in Brembate and makes bicycle tyres, tubular tyres and inner tubes. From road cycling to mountain biking, it supports cyclists with products that also use graphene in their tyre compounds.
