The Crankbrothers Mallet Trail BOA® clip-in shoe is the perfect blend of performance and adventure. Built for the trail or your next enduro race, the Mallet Trail BOA® offers all-day comfort paired with top-level racing performance. The lightweight yet durable ripstop upper features a reinforced TPU toe cap for added protection and a flexible ankle collar to keep debris out of the shoe. In addition, the fibre-reinforced shank and aggressive outsole tread pattern ensure pedalling efficiency and versatility on any terrain. Crankbrothers' innovative Match System optimises engagement with any MTB clip-in system, whether Crankbrothers or SPD. It comes with a Match Shim and Crankbrothers cleat pre-installed in a neutral position, so you can start riding with Crankbrothers pedals straight away.

High-quality materials and construction
The BOA® Fit System Li2 with a two-way micro-adjustment dial ensures a precise fit, with a quick-adjust Velcro strap for heel retention and stability. The ripstop upper ensures long-lasting durability without loss of weight, while the reinforced TPU toe cap offers added protection.
Stretch collar
The lightweight, breathable stretch collar prevents debris from entering the shoe.
The ramped cleat box makes pedal entry and mud shedding easier. The extended 35 mm cleat track allows rearward positioning for greater control and stability on descents. The cleat depth has been carefully selected to ensure optimal contact between shoe and pedal.
The medium-friction MC1 rubber compound ensures easy pedal entry and release and long-lasting durability.
The trail tread pattern has been developed to provide balanced traction on and off the bike, excellent walking performance and an optimised pedal contact area. The stiff fibre-reinforced nylon shank transfers power efficiently, while the low-rebound EVA midsole dampens vibrations.
